It is perfectly situated in the middle of Bagdat caddesi, and easy reach with train and dolmus to everwhere. Place is new and rooms have kitchen which is amazing for families. People are helpful, i love staying here when i visit Istanbul. The only drawback I can say is the train noise in the mornings as it is very close.

A family get away at Istanbul

This is pretty much the best offer you could get in Suadiye area and around Bagdat Street. We stayed at that part of the city for the first time and I think Marmara Residence was a good place to stay and enjoy posh part of Istanbul. It is not very noisy. Best part near main street and sbway station. You could commute anywhere any time of the day and get back easily.

This hotel offers great value for its location and standards. I’ll definitely be returning!

Very disappointed

This hotel is so disappointment since the rooms and bathrooms are not well-maintained as well as the cleanliness is not what you expect. So many spots on the coach and blinds were broken when we checked in. This hotel Rating is misleading the people. As per condition of the hotel, it is less than 3 star hotel level and it should not be more than $50 per night. The only good thing about this hotel is the location which is at the hard of the main street. Also the staff was very helpful since they really tried to fixed the issues in the room..
