I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, even accommodating my early arrival without any hassle. The service was prompt and professional throughout my stay. On top of that, the price was very affordable for the level of comfort and hospitality offered. It offers great view of the old town, and is in a convenient location. The immediate surrounding area is a bit industrial with a lot of construction related shops. However, many cafes and interesting spots are also with 5 min of walking distance and many main attractions are within 15 min. of walking.

Our stay at the Union Hotel was comfortable and convenient. Kasim (night staff) and Anna (day staff) were friendly and helpful. Anna even gave us free magnets as a farewell gift. Convenient Location & Amenities The hotel's central location made exploring easy, with trams and bus stops nearby. We appreciated the free water, simple breakfast (coffee/tea and Turkish bagel), slippers, and iron/ironing board (provided upon request). The water pressure in the shower was also good. Minor Issues We had an issue with the shower drainage, but it was fixed promptly. We also noticed the bathroom doorknob was loose and would fall off, but it didn't bother us enough to mention it. Solid Choice Overall, the Union Hotel is a solid choice for a convenient and comfortable stay. While not perfect, the staff were friendly, and the amenities were sufficient for our needs.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They kept our bags for a couple of days while we travelled other areas of Turkey. As a recommendatio try to get rooms that are not in the first floor since the water pipes smell.

5 stars for staff, service and view from Bedroom. Can’t fault. Location - if you are in Turkey looking for tools, hardware or fixtures and fittings for bathrooms great place. If not, expect to be welcomed by this when you step out of hotel. Overall, location to get about is super convenient and as mentioned worth paying just for the view.
