Beautiful hotel!

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were all very pleasant and professional. Our room was on a corner with huge windows on both walls, the bed was comfortable, and the room and bathroom were very clean. A plate of fruit and half a dozen water bottles were provided in the room. Very nice stay and I would be happy to return if I'm back in Istanbul.

Its an OK property that obviously caters for group bookings There were about 80 people to check in, and with 5 staff behind the counter, only one person was checked in at a time. Torturous! I had several mornings with no hot water. Not all the facilities are working. The shower area next to sauna has been disabled The toaster at breakfast broke down, and wasnt replaced for 3 days There is not enough elevator capacty in B block, so wait times can be high. Staff will allow use of the service lift when very busy. Its not a bad hotel, just a 3 star. It could be better.

The hotel staff were nice and the check in was quick. However, the bathroom shower area leaked in both rooms and the bathroom sink were clocked. When requested to have these issues fixed or changed rooms the staff did say the issues were resolved but they didn’t fix anything. When traveling to a foreign country with kids and language barrier it’s hard enough and to include the stated issues made the stay uncomfortable.

Not the best location

The hotel is nice but the area isn’t great, especially for walking or public transport. H1 bus takes you near it from IST airport. The building is fairly modern but there large gaps between windows and their frames letting air and noise in. In our room the gap was as big as a finger width. Breakfast is ok. Coffee prices in the lobby are ridiculous! Don’t use the taxi from the hotel as they overcharged us twice. House keeping staff were very nice.

i had a room 1202 the room was nice we checked in next day at 8am the room was cool as the windows were open but as the day went it got hotter so turned the air on but did not work so called the front desk and noone came to repair for a long time . Finally the someone came and did something and aid it is fixed but it was not . I had booked this for 3 nights . one with Expedia and other with a tour company .finally at ( pm asked to change my room which i went to see before moving to make sure the the A/C works and i did so i agreed when i went to the room it was already occupied . So they gave me another room again with no air . So please check your room before you move .

Shower and sink basin both had a leak when we arrived. Informed reception and they sent someone who fixed the sink leak. But the shower leak continued throughout our 3 day stay. Which meant a soaking wet floor wach time someone showered. The beds weren’t very comfortable and we had very heavy duvets for a summer season?! The breakfast provided was nice, a variety of choice was offered. compliments to the chef who cooks the omelettes everyday. The hotel has an instore starbucks but unfortunately it charges at least x3 more than the high street price for a coffee and the staff are very incompetent at making distinctive italian coffee. Overall the hotel didnt appear to provide the five star service as it had been rated. More like a 4 star (being generous still)

Dirty rooms - Worst Location - No Public transport

The check-in process was exceedingly slow and took almost two hours. Second, the room's cleanliness was awful and horrible. The carpet was not brushed or vacuumed in five days. The toilet light was also not functioning. Numerous large spots on the primary window. Air conditioning just provides fan-like circulation, no coolingat all. Although we have stayed in numerous five-star hotels, this one is by far the worst. The location is awful because there is no other way to go about without a taxi. No public transit is available near the hotel's location. The most suitable substitute is to stay close to the centre so you can utilise the subway instead of a taxi to get about Istanbul.
