She waited for us and made sure we were secure at all times. Rosewood, please treasure her! 3. 24/7 Restaurant: The fact that the restaurant is open 24/7 was a huge plus. Late night or early morning, quality food was always available. 4. Rooms & Bathrooms: Spacious, luxurious, and impeccably designed. The bathrooms are some of the most generous I've seen in any hotel worldwide. I super recommend Rosewood São Paulo to anyone visiting. It's not just a hotel, it's an experience. We will definitely be back."

"The hotel is good pretty very well located and staff is friendly however the size of the room is unaceptable they are ridiculous small no even a closet or little table to place your belonging and luggage bed also extremelly small in reality children beds."

"La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. A una cuadra de la Avenida Paulista y a minutos de Oscar Freire. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y la cama extra grande. El desayuno es buffet y tienen una parte donde cocinan platos calientes como tapioca en el momento. "

The Japanese restaurant is excellent—definitely a highlight of the hotel. Breakfast is good with a decent variety, and room service is reliable and satisfactory. "O quarto apresentava sinais de antigo, com manchas na parede e azulejos quebrados rachados no banheiro. Além de uma toalha atrás da TV que estava antes da nossa entrada e continuou lá. O frigobar com itens antigos e sem o básico. As amenidades (biscoitos e chocolates) quebrados e sujos."
