"We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Communication started right at the beginning. The room was Amazing with a private onsen on the balcony and the room was big enough for 3 people. Breakfast and dinner was included and I never seen a presentation like that. Staff was amazing and super friendly. Great place to stay and would do it again any time! "

"Beautiful onsen, very hiddrn and quiet. Seems like an authentic Japan experience for foreign travelers. Wonderful private hot spring baths. Choice of western or Japanese slerping arrangements. Ie. Beds or futon mats on real tatami floors. The dinner and breakfast alone are worth the stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially when navigating cultural differences. "
