"A good luxury hotel in Mumbai- good buffet breakfast & good restaurants in the hotel itself. The staff is polite, courteous & efficient- as you find all over India. The pool was refreshing but a bit busy. "

"I had to extend my stay by two days due to flight cancellations caused by the Iran War. I mistakenly hit the extend button three times for the same reservation. It was clear to all that a single person would not make three reservations for the same days. Anyway, the hotel refused to refund the mistaken and duplicated reservations. Therefore, I cannot recommend this hotel, which clearly does not value its customers. I will never stay there again or at any hotel owned or operated by this conglomerate."

"Absolutely amazing Hotel the room was cleaned up to 3 times a day. The staff were just wonderful and attentive and Reddi took care of us. I thought the views from the bars and the hotels were amazing. The food was well-closed and so was the breakfast."

"We had a very nice stay. Started and ended with the warm welcome of Manasvi. In the restaurant we were welcomed with a smile every time by Ms. Thani at the restaurant welcome desk who was very hospitable and good for a small chat to provide good info about what to do in the evening in the hotel. Lokesh helped us very well at the dining table and frequently asking kindly if anything else is needed. The highlight of service was a girl from Mussoori - we did not catch her name at the several times we met, since it was at closing time and we were engaged in conversation or she brought us something to try as well. She is very service oriented, works with a smile and is very enthusiastic about her work and that of the whole restaurant team. Keep up the good work 😃The buffet is highly recommended and don’t forget to grab a fresh masala chai."
