"The bathtub had Bern stains on them. The headboard wasn’t plugged in so we spent one night without the lights and then we figured it out with the help of the manager. It wasn’t horrible, but it wasn’t great."

"This hotel is being refurbished currently. There are construction items in the stairwell and even in our hallway. However, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and firm, the bathroom was large and clean. Plenty of room in the king bed room. Pillows were good, soft ones and firm ones. Enough for a knee pillow! The tub wouldn't drain fast enough and there was standing water. However, the water pressure was more than ample! It hit the wall so hard that I thought it made a hole! The toilet handle had to be held to flush. Front desk was helpful. No elevator! Breakfast was so so. Convenient location. It was quiet in our room."

The pool (why we booked the hotel) was closed. The air unit and hair dryer were broken. "I've stayed at a BUNCH of different hotels in my almost 50 years, BUT this hotel is by far the WORST hotel I've stayed at. The front desk associates were all nice and helpful, but it's only so much they can do. The room wasn't clean, it had lady bugs and stink bugs everywhere! The walls had stuff all over them, the floor was filthy. I was given a handicap accessible bathroom, that had bugs in the tub. The breakfast area was also FILTHY, food all over the floor, sticky stuff on the floor. I would NOT recommend this hotel, let me not forget the train that kept coming through during the night. Hopefully I can upload the pictures I took."
