"My mom and I were very satisfied with our stay at this establishment. While it was an older hotel. It was in good condition and we felt very safe. The staff was especially nice and very helpful with any issues that we had which were very few. The breakfast was very good and Michelle our waitress was a very sweet, kind young lady. I would stay at this sweet time young again if I was in the area. "

"Perfect location and the house was beautiful, just as pictured! The only cons are the pillows are super super super hard and the bath towels are scratchy and they only provide 2 bath towels in the primary bedroom. Also, they need to add a full length mirror in the primary bedroom and hooks for bath towels in the bathrooms! Everything else was perfect and I would stay here again :)"

"Love Jacksonvile to begin with but this house is in a perfect spot and the history and character it has was amazing. We were able to walk to Publix for a few things and it is close to so many restaurants and businesses. The weather was beautiful and the patio was perfect! Had a question and called instead of texting and owner pick up right away! Everything was excellent right down to the nice neighbor who allowed us to love on her little puppy while walking her. Great stay and would stay again!"

"Very nice place! It was everything we were looking for and more! My kids absolutely loved the back yard! There was plenty of room for all of us! We had an amazing time! Very conveniently located close to anything you could want to do there also. Thanks again. Will definitely book if I’m back in the area. The host was very timely in their responses and helpful with lots of great tips!"

"The house was cute. Very clean. I loved the shower because i have difficulty getting my leg over a tub. Beds very comfortable. Overall a great stay and i would stay there again."
