"Great property conveniently located near shopping, food, and subway system. I stayed for 14 days and it was very comfortable. There is a lot of construction in the area right now but crosswalks and detour routes were available to get around it. I would recommend this location and would stay again."

"This hotel was clean and comfortable. The bed was very firm but not uncomfortable. There is not much in the room, a small desk space, chair and small table. The bathroom was clean and acceptable. Interestingly the shower drained under the sink, so avoid placing anything on the floor when showering, as it will get very wet. The shower had a wand option and a rain head. The rain head was not installed correctly and sprayed everywhere, but this issue could have easily been fixed if I had bothered to complain. I chose to use the wand so it was not an issue. They provided two bottles of water per day, which was great as the tap water did not seem suitable to drink. There was a bit of a cleaning spray smell to the room that was not great. Nothing to complain about either though, but if you’re sensitive it may be an issue."

I booked a corner suite with my two small children. The room exceeded expectations—it was wonderfully spacious, spotlessly clean, and featured an amazing view of the city. Having a comfortable, clean space to return to after exploring Seoul made the trip truly special. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and will definitely stay here again!"

The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked properly - which mattered a lot in the August humidity. Staff were helpful and made a last-minute check-in easy. The Samseong location is convenient for Coex and the subway. Would stay again."

"I had a wonderful day in Kiwa hostel. The room which I stayed in was very clean and organized. All the amenities were very good too. I had a little bit of difficulty when it comes to restroom because I had to go from fifth floor to sixth floor just to use the restroom in the middle of the night and during daily uses. But that’s OK plus the locker was very convenient. All in all, my stay.in Kiwa hostel was very good and close to Subway, which was very good as well"
