"This would be a quick four star hotel five star in Korean standard. When it used to be Intercontinental some years back, the hotel had a much fancier and nicer infrastructure, although it was aging Now the infrastructure is of that of four hotel, not five everything from soap dispensers to amenities such as charging for a toothbrush and hair comb just is not up to par in Korean standard i would much rather stay at other five star property"

"This hotel is a well run 5 star hotel, with excellent staff who were all very professional and friendly. The rooms are lovely, and my kids were endlessly entertained looking out at the major intersection and Times Square like ads . It’s conveniently situated by Coex Mall and centrally located in Gangnam. The entrance by car is on the backside of the hotel and is quite tight in terms of space. There is only an option to valet the car and you get only 30 min free, even if you are a guest of the hotel rather than a visitor. The elevators are also inconvenient as you can’t get to the 1st floor without first going to the 24th floor lobby. It is what it is given the tighter real estate in Korea but after having stayed at a more spacious 5 star hotel with better amenities and accommodations, including a kid’s playroom,"

"I had a wonderful day in Kiwa hostel. The room which I stayed in was very clean and organized. All the amenities were very good too. I had a little bit of difficulty when it comes to restroom because I had to go from fifth floor to sixth floor just to use the restroom in the middle of the night and during daily uses. But that’s OK plus the locker was very convenient. All in all, my stay.in Kiwa hostel was very good and close to Subway, which was very good as well"
