"I always choose this hotel whenever I visit Korea because it’s close to Seongsu-dong. First of all, the staff are very friendly. The room was comfortable and well equipped with a hair dryer, curling iron, and even an iron. On the 21st floor, washing machines and dryers were available for free, and I could easily buy detergent on the first floor. While very little english is spoken by the people i interacted with I managed to ask a couple question using using google translate and they were happy to accomodate.
