The hotel is well located, extremely clean, well organized, and offers spacious rooms that are cozy, warm, and very comfortable,especially important during the Korean winter. I would like to give special recognition to Alice Kim, who truly made a difference in our experience. She provided outstanding service and was always kind, attentive, and willing to help with anything we needed.
