"We here stayed two nights as it is within walking distance to both Lotte World, and Lotte World Tower. We had a great vuew of the Tower lit up at night, and there are plenty of dining options near by. My only complaints are that the hot water wasn't adequate, and the pillows were extremely flat."

"The standard room was a a little small by American standards but was very comfortable. The hotel is within easy walking distance of many dining options as well as subway and bus stations. Lotte Tower is only 10 minutes away with its mall, shoppong mart (think a grocery store and more) and attractions like Lotte World and Aquarium. On my next trip to Seoul I will definitely stay here again. "

"Great option for an affordable stay. The hotel is an older build but the rooms are nicely designed with thoughtful touches. Compact but comes with all the necessities one would need. The breakfast buffet is definitely the highlight of the stay! I would go there just for the breakfast alone. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was convenient for accessing Lotte world and Starfield Coex mall. Very near a restaurant and bar area so no running out of ideas of what to eat. An excellent stay for...

"위치가 정말 좋아서 공항에서 버스를 타고 천호역에 내리면 바로 이동할 수 있고, 지하철로도 두 정거장만 가면 KSPO에 도착해서 콘서트 보러 가기에도 딱이에요! 주변에 맛집도 많고, 프런트 직원분들도 친절해서 처음 방문해도 편하게 지낼 수 있었어요. 호텔 내부도 깔끔하고 정돈돼 있어서 만족스러웠고, 1층 로비에는 무료 생수랑 음료도 준비돼 있어서 편했습니다. 재방문 의사 100% 입니다!!"

"The area is close by to Lotte World and can be reached by bus, about 3 bus stops away. There are convenience stores and coffee houses surrounding the property making it very accessible. The train station is along Line 9, with escalator and elevator on all exits."

It's located in a food alley in Bangi-dong, so it's great for entertainment, but I don't think you should use it for business trips. And I had no choice but to use it for 100% penalty when I canceled the hotel. It's the worst experience I've ever heard of "Hotels.com"."
