"Lovely staff to assist with traveling needs who speak English fluently. Bus stop and subway stops are very close by (less than a 5 minute walk away). Ideal location for skincare needs as clinics are right in front of you. Elevator access available for floors. Easy accessibility after hours getting into building after lobby hours are closed. Cleanliness is 3 out of 5 as there were some mold stains on the grout on the bathroom walls and perhaps food stains on walls, but floors, towels, and bed were clean. In shower, great hot water though water pressure is on the soft side. Will need your own body soap and hair conditioner, as they provide a very small bar of soap and shampoo only. Laundry machine cleaned clothes well. Very quiet stay and enjoyable. Air conditioning worked great though I didn’t need it much. I would most definitely come back to this location."

"This is a review of my stay at Dormy Inn Seoul Gangnam. The most disappointing part of my stay was the early check-in policy. I arrived around 9:00 AM, and I was told that I would be charged 20,000 KRW per hour until the official check-in time at 3:00 PM. In the end, I had to pay an additional 120,000 KRW, which felt completely unreasonable. I understand that early check-in may come with an extra charge, but the hourly rate system was not clearly explained in advance, and the cost felt excessive. After a long trip, being put in a situation where I had no real choice but to pay was very frustrating. While the room and facilities were decent, this policy significantly impacted my overall experience. I would think twice before staying here again."

"In the heart of Gangnam shopping and 5 minute walk to train station down the street. Very convenient location with airport shuttle service in front. Overall a good stay, clean rooms and comfortable bed. Cleaning staff wasn’t always consistent with replenishment of coffee but otherwise good. Would stay here again if i want to be in the heart of Gangnam."

"Staffs are so wonderful and polite. Room has good view of Namsan Seoul tower. Amenities are a bit lacking. Bathroom definitely needs some works or refresh since it doesn’t have good enclosure and therefore water is leaking out when taking shower. Breakfast is good with lovely personnel."

This hotel is all pretty wrapping, with no substance: (1) Room was 84° and AC not operational, no fans, could not sleep; (2) Food & drink choices very limited; (3) staff could not answer questions (not a language issue, they were inexperienced & lacked knowledge); (4) asked repeatedly for face cloths & never received( 5) bar pitch black and playing horrible, loud rap music. NOT a “luxury” hotel except the window dressing; ("
