"Owner helped carry bags up to the third floor as there is no elevator. Everything was provided in the room and the TV even had access to Netflix and YouTube. "
"Was a great stay, and loved the amenities especially the cafeteria. There are convenience stores nearby and can also order food online to be delivered to the lobb. A lot of food and restaurants options nearby too. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Bed very comfortable
5 star service!
Just feel the hotel a bit crowded . Maybe like no seating available for the lounge; and lots of hassles getting breakfast with 2 timeslots etc coz too many people"
"Booked Hotel Louize because there were no other hotels available on a holiday weekend. We were a group of friends that booked the 1 standard bed and 1 twin bed. The location was very convenient, the staff was very nice (but did not speak english), and the room was spacious for South Korea. However, the ambiance was extremely weird - old building, small hotel (~35 rooms), hallways and rooms painted black, eerie decor and mirrors. It felt a little bit creepy as the building was old, elevator was tiny, and there was only one window that was "crank open." The hotel also did not exist on google maps, though it did on Naver with very limited information.
Despite this, the staff was very accommodating when we asked for extra blankets, pillows, etc. They also held a lost item we went back for the next day, so no issues with the service. The room and mirrors were all very clean and is made up of old brick walls and black paint. It was roomy enough for 3 people and the bathroom was spacious as well. I probably wouldn't stay here again just because of the vibes, but the hotel would work for a budget stay or if nothing else is available. "
"It's a small well equipped well maintained hotel with very helpful staff . The surrounding area is full of small hotels and restaurants which includes coffee bean, Starbucks and multiple
Korean and a Vietnamese restaurant. A few small blocks away from Seokchon lake and Lotte tower and world. The room
They gave me was
An upgrade with very big TV and kings bed with a nice walk in shower . A very nice hotel with a fair price considering the location and quite safe. Oh and they even ran after me and gave me an umbrella when I went out because it started drizzling a bit. Highly recommended!"
