"Great location. We were on the 7th floor overlooking the lake and Lotte tower. The view was great night and day.
The cleaning staff was friendly. The hotel decor might not be to everyone’s taste but it was clean and well stocked with amenities.
Would definitely stay again if back in that area. "
"Owner helped carry bags up to the third floor as there is no elevator. Everything was provided in the room and the TV even had access to Netflix and YouTube. "

10/10 Excellent
"Amazing hotel that is located steps away from Lotte World Mall (Avenue L, Lotte World and the Number 2 and 8 subway lines). Breakfast has a large variety of options, including both Korean and Western food. The Residence has a microwave, stove top and washer/dryer combo unit. Rooms are very large and our King bed unit had 1.5 baths. Staff is very friendly and helpful and a French team is visible throughout the hotel.
My two areas for improvement would be 1. the wait for breakfast (3 seating times seemed to be pretty full, but especially the later times). One morning, there were no seats, so they moved us up to the 32nd floor lounge (smaller, but still a great selection). 2. The elevators are always full (especially around checkout time). If you need to go from the 1st floor to the room, there are always 2 elevators you need to take. I understand security concerns, but it can lead to long waits. We had a room in the hotel for our kids and we stayed in the residence, so different elevators to go up to our room."
"Booked Hotel Louize because there were no other hotels available on a holiday weekend. We were a group of friends that booked the 1 standard bed and 1 twin bed. The location was very convenient, the staff was very nice (but did not speak english), and the room was spacious for South Korea. However, the ambiance was extremely weird - old building, small hotel (~35 rooms), hallways and rooms painted black, eerie decor and mirrors. It felt a little bit creepy as the building was old, elevator was tiny, and there was only one window that was "crank open." The hotel also did not exist on google maps, though it did on Naver with very limited information.
Despite this, the staff was very accommodating when we asked for extra blankets, pillows, etc. They also held a lost item we went back for the next day, so no issues with the service. The room and mirrors were all very clean and is made up of old brick walls and black paint. It was roomy enough for 3 people and the bathroom was spacious as well. I probably wouldn't stay here again just because of the vibes, but the hotel would work for a budget stay or if nothing else is available. "
"It's a small well equipped well maintained hotel with very helpful staff . The surrounding area is full of small hotels and restaurants which includes coffee bean, Starbucks and multiple
Korean and a Vietnamese restaurant. A few small blocks away from Seokchon lake and Lotte tower and world. The room
They gave me was
An upgrade with very big TV and kings bed with a nice walk in shower . A very nice hotel with a fair price considering the location and quite safe. Oh and they even ran after me and gave me an umbrella when I went out because it started drizzling a bit. Highly recommended!"
