"We stayed for 3nights. The first day of buffet breakfast we had…the food selections at the main lobby restaurant were suboptimal. The egg omelette tasted like it was a powder mix. Food Buffet presentation was poor. We had the privilege to go to The one at the 28th floor breakfast buffet based on the type of booking we had, the made to cook breakfast was better. We had booked this hotel before when it was still CRIMSON and everything was wonderful. Toilet tissue in the bathroom had no extra refill available to use even though we started with very minimal to use. The same with facial tissues available. It looks like this hotel is going through transition and looks understaffed I hope it gets better because I like the location. Thank you! "

"I stayed here for a total of 28 nights, enjoyed it very much! Condo unit was very clean and well kept up. Felt very secure as a solo traveler. Pool was amazing, all you have to do is pay a small fell. Wonderful facility. All of the staff were very attentive throughout the stay, such a wonderful host. Glenn was the best, helped me with anything I needed. Highly recommend! Will be back to visit again soon, and will stay here again. "

"The front desk staff and concierge are amazing and always helpful. The breakfast is beyond amazing with kind workers and fresh coffee always available. We had a small problem with the bathroom and the staff promptly moved us to another room. Great property. We would use them again."

"Infested with Bed bugs. I supposed to stay there for 3 nights but I'd rather move to other much better anc cleaner hotel/motel than this property with full of bed bugs crawling around my bed. It was terrible "
