"Location great. Breakfast staff and selection great. However hotel cleanliness and upkeep are lacking. No Air conditioning or fans or any attempt to try and cool rooms made for an extremely uncomfortable night. Hotel needs some TLC."

"The king bed room was very spacious with a nicely decorated bathroom. The cleaning staff were brilliant with our room cleaned and an afternoon turn down service. The front service staff were polite and friendly. We also enjoyed the cocktails that we had."

"Very clean. A really nice vibe, the people that were in the same room as me were very very cool and easy to talk to, the staff was always very polite and helpful with everything that we needed. The location is PERFECT, around 11-14 min away from Gran Via, literally in front of the museo Reina Sofía, many restaurant options, the buffet that they have included in the breakfast fee is very well sorted and worth the extra money. Definitely a 5 stars "
