Beautiful hotel

I had a wonderful stay at Casa de Las Artes. It was Easter weekend and I was welcomed with a special Easter dessert treat, a very nice touch. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are decorated very well and comfortably. It is in walking distance to Plaza Mayor, the Prado and many restaurants and shopping. Great stay!

This was my second stay at Casa de las Artes and where possible, I will use it when visiting my son and daughter-in-law in Madrid. The building is beautifully historic, the bedrooms are comfortable and clean with quirky details and the staff are all lovely. The food is excellent as well!

Traveled with my wife and 2 kids (teens) We had a connecting room which was great. Facilities are clean, modern and secure. Beds are comfortable. Pillows are comfortable. Clean. Morning buffet was fantastic. And more importantly the staff !!! Yevgeniy was somehow always available to answer any questions. And all the staff were friendly, helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. Id definitely recommend this establishment to my friends and family.

Great place to visit great galleries

Wonderful location for the major galleries. The locale was full of very good bars and restaurants. The interior layout is quirky but fun. Room comfortable but the 'city view' had no view at all.

Loved it!!!

Incredible beautiful hotel, especially the restaurant and the reception area. Very nice spa. Really nice bed linen and bed. Very nice and extremely service oriented staff. Will definitely book more stays here! The only thing that needs to be improved is the state of the hallways, and elevator leading up to the room, it’s very old. Also bathroom should have a towel drier.

Lovely hotel with brilliant helpful staff and a lovely library/bar/restaurant. Easy to walk everywhere in around 15-30 mins. The communal areas were very nice, but we found the areas with the rooms to be quite basic. Our room wasn’t the cleanest and there were even a couple of rose petals in random places in the room from last guest which was a bit odd. You can also hear a lot of noise from people in hallway from room and we were woken up by a big group of people opposite playing music and going in and out of room numerous times. But overall we still had a nice time!

Centrally located and situated outside a metro station. Very walkable to the main sites in the city. The hotel is modern, stylish and clean, arty in design. The room had all the mod cons, clean and new, slightly on the smaller side. All staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming. We only dined in the restaurant for breakfast which had everything you needed for the day ahead, although we felt there could have been more of a selection given the amount of space in the breakfast room which you would expect from this type of hotel (eg no baked beans, no salads etc). The gym had basic yet new equipment to keep moving during our break . We didn't use the spa/pool during our time, however it looked clean and inviting which we would have used had we stayed longer. We travelled as a couple. Would recommend.

Nice design and overall friendly and helpful staff. Our room did not get made up when we were out for the day though. We had to request it be made up and even then it took a long time for it to get done.
