"The front desk lady was very kind and patient even tho I was frustrated because the pool was closed due to maintenance. I always use hotels that have pools for my boys. The remote did funky things. The front desk worker offered to help either reprogram a new remote or to move rooms to a suite because all of the double rooms were rented out. We chose to stay where we were. The best are medium support. Very comfortable. The room was clean and pleasant. We had a couple of hiccups but it was a very good stay. They had tea or hot cocoa in the lobby. The breakfast was better than several other places we have stayed at. All in all it was a pleasant stay. We would stay again if in the area. "
