"Food was cold, pool was dirty/gross (and that was before someone threw up in it). Our room was not ready at check in and we waited approximately 40 min for it. Side door to building only worked with our key card half the time. Stairwells smelled like covered up cigarette smoke. "

"Overall it was a nice stamdard hotel. It got the done. Bed is a bit hard so sleep was not great. I have stayed before and would book again. The breakfast has changed. They use to have a menu options in addition to the breakfast buffet. Not a fan of the buffet. It would be better if had a waffle maker. I have had free breakfast of better quality at other hotels. Location is good. Central to all the places I needed to go. Seems to have a good night life within walking distance with additional restaurants that were not there before. "

"Room needs to have carpet replaced. It was so filthy the bottom of my feet turned black. There us mold around the windows and on the curtains. The bathroom needs updated. There was no mat to put inside the tub and it was very slippery. It was a very old tub. Won't stay there again."

"Complimentary breakfast had a really good variety and options. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was effortless and clear with hotel amenities. The room was clean and fresh; bathrooms were well kept. I mattress was definitely starting to wear out but still sleep able. "
