Lovely find!
Great apartment with lovely beach views with a back drop of pine trees. We enjoyed many evenings sitting on the roof terrace star gazing. Beach bar/restaurant next door served great food too. Easy 10 min walk into Jelsa along the coast. Perfect!

Lovely apartment
We had a great stay in Zana's apartment! We loved being so close to the beach, and a perfect distance from town. Jelsa has a lovely laid back friendly vibe and was great for our little one (11mo). We are planning our next trip!!

Great location
We really enjoyed our stay at Zana’s apartment, spacious airy property with every thing you need, two good sized bedrooms. Great shower. The best bit was the large terrace for eating outside and sitting in sun or shade surrounded by trees with a view of the sea. Close to a sandy bay ideal for swimming and close to Jelsa harbour with paces to eat and shop. Zana was so helpful and took good care of us.

Most enjoyable family holiday.
Fantastic location. An ideal base with comfy beds and useful amenities, A short walk to beaches shops and restaurants. Jelsa is a lovely clean town with marvellous cafes and bars (even when we stayed during Covid) Ama was great help with a Nutella pancake any information required!

functional apartment with great view and comfortable access to the sea 80 meters away
The apartment was comfortable aside of the couch in the living room which is actually a folding bed. The apartment was functional and had all the amenities which contributed to our comfort.The Apartment has a large terrace and windows overlooking the sea. It is located in a short walking distance to the center of Jelsa however it is not in a residential area which is a plus as you could enjoy the serenity of nature and the immediate access to the sea. We had a very good time in our vacation and we enjoyed Hvar as a whole

Good place
It's very old fashioned but it all works. Could use a new couch and a kitchen upgrade but bathroom is good and beds comfortable. The view is a bit deceiving, the balcony is at the back of the house with only a corner of it with the view and that is through trees. Overall we had a nice stay here.

Emplacement idéal
L’appartement est idéalement placé, la vue sur la mer, au travers des pins est splendide. L’appartement est fonctionnel, la terrasse est très belle, même s’il y fait un peu chaud en pleine journée l’été! L’appartement est bien équipé. Bref, nous avons passé une semaine superbe! Merci à Zana pour son accueil, et sa communication parfaite.

Cozy house by the pine tree beach
Cozy apartment, homelike atmosphere and perfect for family vacation! Very clean and has everything you need as if you are home. The host Zana was very nice, easy to reach and gave us all the info we needed beforehand. The apartment is located at the nicest beach ”Mina” in Jelsa, just below the house, with both kidfriendly sand beach and cliffs for adults where you almost can find your own pebble terace and sea entrance. Amazing view from our windows at the sea and the pine tree shadowed teraces. There are many pluses when staying here like the bakery, fruit and crepe stand just below the house entrance, coffe place/bar at the cliffs below Holiday camp with breathtaking views, restaurant Pelago downtown with fresh delicious fish dishes, just to mention few. Overall we are very happy with our vacation!

Sehr schön gelegenes Appartement. Zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtet mit fantastischer Terrasse. Haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Jederzeit wieder !!

Wunderschöne Woche
Die Wohnung ist perfekt für 2-4 Leute, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir wurden sehr nett in Empfang genommen und hatten eine Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort bei Fragen. Das Wlan funktionierte hervorragend. Wir konnten sogar die Fahrräder der Vermieterin nutzen - herzlichen Dank dafür! Die Umgebung ist wie beschrieben, man sollte jedoch wissen, dass man teilweise Musik von der Bar, bzw. dem Hotel hören kann, was uns jedoch nicht gestört hat. Der Blick auf die Bucht ist traumhaft, man kann jederzeit gegenüber schwimmen gehen. Mit einem kurzen Spaziergang ist man im schönen Jelsa.

alles stimmt nichts ist geschönt. Jelsa immer wieder Nachteil der Wohnung ist kein Sat-Fernsehen. ansonsten wirklich sehr gut

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet: direkt am Meer neben Campingplatz und badebucht, und das schöne Jelsa mit kurzem Spaziergang erreichbar.

Ferienwohnung toll, Die Bucht wunderschön, das Wasser glasklar!
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Die Küche und das Bad sind Top. Alles Sauber und gepflegt. Die Terrasse ist riesig und bietet einen herrlichen Blick über die Bucht. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht! Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige 100m vom Stadtzentrum und vom Hafen weg, aber weit genug um abends genug Ruhe zum Entspannen zu finden! An den Strand und zur Bucht sind es nur wenige Meter, man kann einfach mal schnell ins Wasser springen! Die Bucht hat Sandstrand, das ist ideal auch für Kinder! Vielen Dank an Ama, die sich sehr nett um alles gekümmert hat. Wir und unsere Kinder hatten viel Spaß und hatten erholsame 2 Wochen Urlaub! Thank you Ama and Zana!

Tolle Lage und netter support der Vermietung
Das Appartment liegt wunderbar an einer schönen Bucht.Der charmante Ort und die Fähre sind fussläufig entfernt. Die Whg. ist geräumig und sauber. Im Schatten der Pinien mit Blick auf das smaragdgrüne Meer sehr schön platziert. Vermietung zuverlässig und ausgesprochen nett. Wir kommen bestimmt und gern wieder
