Fully equipped open kitchen and dining area, large comfy living room with large TV, master bedroom has queen size bed, washer & dryer, WIFI. On-Site Amenities include: Marina with boat ramps. Children's wading pool and a heated swimming pool, Bocci, Tennis, Shuffleboard, Fitness center, Pickleball and Volleyball courts as well as a scenic dog walk. Bring your chairs, apply your sunscreen, and get ready to bask in Florida's sunny weather. A short walk through a scenic tunnel leads you to Holiday Out's Recreation Area, where you'll enjoy exclusive access to a private beach. Bring your beach chairs and bathing suits and come enjoy this awesome beach bungalow!

Venture Three is located on the beautiful Hutchinson Island, across the street from the Atlantic Ocean and surrounded by the Indian River. Venture has a beautiful private beach access area.
