BEACH HOUSE Walk to Private Beach, Pool, & Restaurants
NEW OWNER, BUT ONE OF THE MOST POPULAR BEACH HOUSES ON THE ISLAND!
Come experience island life at its best! You can hang out at the beach and pool all
day, and then walk to nearby restaurants by night from this home on Hutchinson
Island and chill at the beach house. It's all just steps away, with the private beach
directly across the street! All in just three minutes - this is as close as you can get
to the beach with a pool without the hefty price tag of beachfront! There is even
a crosswalk with lights for an easy walk across A1A day or night. The beach is only
a 2 minute walk. We provide everything vacationers need to enjoy their time on
the island, from beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler to awesome wifi and
Comcast high definition cable, 55" Smart TV, comfortable bedding, and a gourmet
kitchen. Our house is furnished with new high-end furnishings and a King Serta
pillowtop mattress plus new flooring throughout! There is another bedroom with
a full size bed with a twin bunk.
The house is located across the street from the beach, and the beach is directly
across with an easy cross-walk. It's fewer than 100 yards to the sand, or a two
minute walk to the gazebo with seating overlooking the ocean. The pool at the
beach is heated to 80 degrees in the winter, and there is also a clubhouse with
pool tables and a fitness center. There are multiple restaurants within walking
distance, ranging from casual to the best restaurant on the island with ocean
views, which is just across the street on the beach!
Beach chairs and umbrella are included.
The Beach House is a Key West style concrete block home in a mixed-use
waterfront community consisting of one- and two-story block houses, mobile
homes, and luxury RVs. The location on the island can’t be beat – walking
distance to everything you will need for an awesome vacation!
There are 1-1/2 parking spaces in the front of the house, and there are guest
spots conveniently located around the corner, only about 20 yards away.
If you like to fish, there is great fishing in the river just a short walk away.
We are also conveniently located near the Hutchinson Shores new resort and
convention center, which is just a mile away.

Beach house
We loved our month long stay in your adorable beach cottage. It is so comfortable and in such a great location. All the other park residents were very friendly. We hope to come back again next year.

Yes-Accommodations were outstanding, beautiful place very well kept, very clean, open concept, if you’re a beach person, it’s perfect. It literally took minutes. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets on the beach. Loved it.

Windmill Village property
The house was well appointed with all we needed. The owner Maria was always very responsive.
The only con was the pool area was under construction the entire month so we could not enjoy that area. But the beach was always accessible.
