Condo 406 at Island Beach Resort is on the fourth floor and overlooks the pool/ocean. It has two flat screen TVs, one king size bed, and the spacious living area has a sofa bed. This NEWLY RENOVATED condo has marble and tile throughout with limited edition artwork and upscale modern decor. Condo 406 has gorgeous ocean views from it's two balconies and is a mere 2-minute walk to the private beach entrance.

Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.

Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006.

Third party sites like Airbnb may charge travellers a SERVICE FEE which is payable directly to Airbnb and does not get paid to the host or property owner.
