- Condo 201 at Island Beach Resort is on the second floor and overlooks the pool/ocean. It has two flat screen TVs, an oversized balcony, a king bed, and the spacious living area has a sofa bed. This condo has marble and tile throughout with limited edition artwork and upscale modern decor. SOME AREAS ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION, PLEASE CALL TO SEE IF A DISCOUNT APPLIES TO YOUR BOOKING.
Condo 201 is perfect for bridal parties as the bathroom is the largest bathroom on the property. This condo has a deluxe ensuite bathroom (with separate makeup vanity) that connects to the bedroom via a hallway. The hallway between the bathroom and bedroom does not have a door. The bedroom bed is a king size and the livingroom has a sofa sleeper.
Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.
Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006.
Third party sites like Airbnb may charge travellers a SERVICE FEE which is payable directly to Airbnb and does not get paid to the host or property owner.
