Cleaning

We went on our family vacation with my girls and their kids we absolutely had to wash everything that was there towels sheets and had to sweep and mop the electric kept turning off finally turned completely off no A/C never got any refund whatsoever

The electricity cable and Internet went out over 200 times during my four day stay. The microwave was broken. The furniture was mismatched and of poor quality. The “host“ did not respond to my request for repairing the services.

Owners mean well but give NO privacy

The property is a trailer in an HOA. The area is nice, and the owners are certainly kind to speak with, but they were very invasive of our privacy. On our first full day, they came by twice while we were gone stating they needed to manage making keys. We were put off but willing to overlook. You have to tell them what to set the AC to, as they have the thermostat locked up. We were fine with that, but they shut it off on us afree discovering we were away during the day and didn’t us. We got back at midnight and discovered it was off when we awoke to an almost 80 degree trailer. Then on our 2nd morning, the husband showed up without any warning WITH A FRIEND ASKING FOR A TOUR. Wish I was kidding. We left mid-stay because we had no privacy whatsoever. People coming and going during our stay, with all our possessions totally accessible was very unnerving. The wife also told me the AC had reset to off when I asked her, but the husband told me he shut it off on purpose when he came over. We called Evolve (manages the property partnership w/hotels.com) and they’re supposed to be working on a refund for us. We had to rearrange our whole trip.
