With 2 bedrooms, including a California king bed and a queen bed, to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay. (queen air bed available for an extra guest). The property boasts modern amenities such as central a/c and heating, 2 TVs, wi-fi, washer/dryer, impact windows & doors screened covered patio with outdoor shower. The 1.5 bathrooms are complete with bidet attachment to add a touch of luxury. Our place will make you feel at home while away from home. Come and experience the brilliant charm of this vacation rental for yourself. Amenities include heated pool/clubhouse, private beach access, and tennis. Indoor air purifier and whole house water filtration system included in unit. Garden view from back patio area. Nearby restaurants within walking distance on the river and ocean with live music and indoor/outdoor dining. Close to downtown Jensen Beach and Stuart. Please, no smoking inside property. Thank You.

Remove all sand before entering the house. Place trash/garbage in patio bin or dumpster. There will be a $75.00 charge to replace lost pool key.
If something breaks or is damaged please notify me immediately. If you are not happy about something plaese let me know asap. Enjoy your stay!
