Please make sure to TURN OFF AC UNIT to OFF position if you are keeping windows open for fresh air. This prevents mold growth in the vents and house. We will charge renters for any mold damage.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please leave footware with sand outdoors. A hose is available to rinse shoes under the house outdoors.

Please turn off AC completely OFF if you are keeping windows open. This is IMPORTANT for health reasons to prevent mold growth in the venting system.
