This unit in the new 351 Marin building in Jersey City, New Jersey is available from June 1 - August 31, 2025 for sublease. Perfect for people working in downtown Manhattan. 2 blocks from the Grove Street path train station and 20 minute door-desk commute to offices near the World Trade Center like Goldman Sachs or RBC. The building has a large gym and pool area on the 8th floor which you would have included in the sublease, plus connected 300mbps internet and utilities.
Comparable apartments at the 351 Marin building are going for around $3,300 / month and you'd have to pay for your own amenity fee, internet, and utilities, making my offer through VRBO a great deal.
