Park Hotel Brasilia
The Park Hotel Brasilia is a beautiful hotel, with direct access to the beach and plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool and surrounding areas were spotlessly clean and cleaned daily. Fresh beach towels were delivered to our room each evening. The rooms were also spotlessly clean, ours had a small balcony with a table and chairs and a sea view. The bed was really comfortable and the bedding high quality. The shower was hot with excellent water pressure. The breakfast was very good with a vast selection, including fresh orange juice, a juicer and fresh honeycomb! The lunch and snack menu had lots of variety to cater for everyone and the food was lovely. It was all reasonably priced. The cocktails and smoothies were also really good. The restaurant was beautiful with a sea view, the ambience in the restaurant was delightful and it was the perfect dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious. The customer service at this hotel is outstanding. Every staff member throughout the hotel was pleasant and helpful. They were so efficient, polite and welcoming. It is honestly the best customer service experience we have had. They organised a taxi to the airport and a packed lunch as we were leaving early and would miss breakfast. The hotel was wonderful and we would definitely return.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. My wife had a birthday and at the breakfast she was greeted with the champagne and birthday cake. Also she got a beautiful gift from the owners. After we left we found out that I forgot my shoes in the room and after we contacted the hotel they sent it to me. Very happy to stay in Park Hotel Brasilia. We will come back next year.
