"This was a great location and a beautiful hotel, only issue was our room in the annex section was very hot because it was at the very top of the building. It was manageable though, even with all the stairs. The bed was so comfortable and the jacuzzi tub/shower very nice after a long day of walking."

"Very well located in Venice. 200 meters or so from train station. Rooms are very small. Bathroom is spacious. Breakfast is a nice buffet. Bathroom does not have clappers or s type plumbing so odors come straight up. Had to keep door closed all day so that the odor does not get to the sleeping area. Staff was friendly. The only thing I recommend is if you are heading to the airport after checking out, take either water taxis (160 eur) or walk towards train station and grab a taxi. (50 eur) vs getting a porter take your luggage to a taxi/limo for 120 eur. Being canadian, it's a big difference in price."

"Excellent location next to the Rialto Bridge and Waterbus stop. Lovely atmosphere and a pleasant spacious room with excellent housekeeping. Helpful reception staff and delicious breakfast served by great staff. The hotel could be improved by having a coffee machine or kettle for early morning tea and coffee .A very relaxing stay."

"Our stay was an excellent experience. Very helpful staff. They couldn’t do enough for us. Beautiful building. The breakfast was not what we expected. Hotel breakfast is usually just a continental breakfast. Here you could have everything from cereal to eggs to pastries to assorted meats and cheeses. Absolutely fantastic."

"Great location. Clean properties. Our group was put in 2 different properties very close to each other. Staff was friendly and very helpful Only draw back is no elevators in our buildings but they helped with the luggage if wanted or needed Very close to Rialto water taxi I stop. Very easy walk. Safe area Air conditioning was great"
