"The hotel is in a great location right across the street from the highly popular sunset spot. Its easy to get to city center. The staff is fantastic. I arrived an hour before check-in and a room was ready for me. Lincoln at the concierge offered me coffee and my first shot of ginjinha. He also informed me that there were two gifts for me in my room: freshly made pastel de nata and the drinks in the mini bar are free. Fantastic hospitality!"

"Wrote a review on google as well as your check-in review so will not repeat. In a nutshell this hotel is 3 stars at best. Do not recommend if u r looking for a 5 star experience. Set your expectations for a 3 star hotel if u have actual experienced 5 stars"

"This hotel is very new and the rooftop bar was great! The only complaint is that we received a handicap room and the bathroom was a big issue. If we wanted to shower , the whole bathroom floor would flood, making it uncomfortable later on to use the sink or even the bathroom. You would have to go into a soaked floor. There was also no mention of being a platinum member or its perks. "

"We walked in and walked right out! This place was horrible. Never in my life have I experienced a dump like this. It was dirty the pictures are definitely catfished! I refused to sleep here. They refused to give me my money back. It would have been cleaner to sleep outside! I CANT BELIEVE VRBO ALLOWS THIS TYPE OF LISTING FOR THERE CLIENTS! "
