The location of the hotel is in the center of the city with access to good public transportation, tram station a short walk around the corner and easy taxi service, as well from the corner. The room was nice and spacious with king size bed and small table and two chairs. TV was large as well and the hotel offered breakfast at an additional cost, although I did not have. Staff were kind and attentive.
I was slightly disappointed by the asthetics of the hotel. It is in need of rennovations and the availablity of television programs in English was limited to one movie channel so no news etc during the stay. The hallways had a sensor light that is actived at the end of the hall so if your room is not in the area, you are on a dark floor and walking down the hall to activate the light. The cleaning was medicore, as the bed was made without dusting it off the sheets. The location is so, so because it is on a side street and a 20 mintue walk to the center of the city. However, the staff was very kind and helpful. The buffet breakfast was amazing and the waiter Chowits was very kind.
I was supposed to be in a double/king room but had 3 single beds spaced out cluttering the room & no room for my suitcase to open. They wouldn't change my room until the next day. Only the bellman was helpful, removing one bed so I could fit my suitcase in. Housekeeping barged in without knocking when I was in bed the next morning. I told reception who said they would talk to housekeeping & my new room would be ready at 11am to move me.
Then despite a do not disturb sign on my door, housekeeping still knocked on my door at 10.30am when I was in the shower to deliver extra toilet rolls?! Reception obviously did not inform them to leave my room alone, or cynically made them disturb me in spite of my complaint. I gave them an extra hour, going down for the new key at 12pm to be told the new room was still not ready & I would be phoned when I could move. All service has been terrible & I feel deliberately treating me poorly due to my requesting a new room. I would never stay here again.
The room is clean and the hair dryer has good power to dry the hair quickly. Breakfast is great, but I got bored after Day 3 (I stayed for a week). There’s no iron and ironing board. I couldn’t iron my wrinkled clothes stuffed in my luggage.
Location is awesome! Close to casa tramway stations and bus stops.
This is a brand new hotel. The staff are wonderful and attentive. I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was. Good location. I was very satisfied and would recommend as well as stay there again.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Loved the decor! Felt like I was in a trendy boutique hotel but encountered a dead roach on my bed. Good thing I was only there for a night but the disappointment was the fact that there was no reaction from the front desk on my way out. I just got a “Oh” and that’s it
Excellent customer service! We had a free upgrade to the room with excellent view and other amenities. Free Breakfast with variety of food which very rare nowadays. Convenient location, close proximity to Medina, park, government buildings, etc. located in the center of city. Has modern/contemporary interior design, very well maintained hotel.
The room was in good condition. As for improvements: the restaurant did not have a menu but a buffet. The food had been sitting for a very long time and was cold. I was overcharged for the bottle of wine that I ordered. $43 for a cold buffet, and a single bottle of wine was far too much for what I received.
When I went to pay the bill, I was told that credit card machine was not working and asked to pay in cash. Later, the guy came to my room to get me to pay and despite me seeing a green light, he told me that the machine was not working. Only when I told him they had until Friday to figure this out, did the machine miraculously work.
The next night I noticed that there was no water in my room and I asked could I get additional bottle water. I was tersely told to buy water at a shop nearby. One would think that wanted to obtain bottled water at a hotel.
Upon checkout, I was told that there was an additional fee for my prepaid reservation. This had not been mentioned at check-in. When I went to pay by card, I was told that I had to pay with cash. When I explained I had no Moroccan money they told me to use an ATM. I gave him a small amount of American money and called it a day, but I will not be back at this property again and do not recommend it to others.
Terrible customer service, front desk staff was usually watching videos on their phone or socializing with their friends (not hotel staff) sitting on the sofa in the lobby.
Room temperature , very hot could not sleep. shower water
was standing. Mohammad front desk guy was nice, friendly. No 4 star hotel service. there was no complimentary water in the room. Safe was lock, asked for assistance, was delayed. I went down myself to request for tech:, room was small.
We stayed two nights at this hotel. The first room given to us had issues with both window and door, as both could not be locked. The front desk changed a room for us, which was fine in terms of the hardwares. We asked for some tea bags and teaspoons as there was only one left at the bar, no one sent us until the next day evening we asked again, and we only got one teaspoon for us to share 😅
We packed food as my husband wasn’t feeling well, when the food was cold, i went to the restaurant at 1st floor and sought help with the staff there. When I could not even finish telling him my request, he had already replied me at least 5 “No”, which was very rude.
The towels in the bathroom were all so dirty and already turned yellowish in colour, the bathroom without a window has no mechanical ventilation either, and something was seemed wrong with their kitchen ventilation system, where we stayed at 2nd floor, every early morning, the food smell came in from the room door and the entire corridor outside our room was the food smell.
Given a choice, please consider a better hotel.
