"I always stay at this hotel before or after a long flight from Haneda Airport. It's reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. It's huge, so expect a long queue at check-in."

"I stayed for five nights and reserved three rooms during my visit. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The restaurant was enjoyable, and the front desk staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are exceptionally clean and well maintained. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary amenities available on every floor, including tea, toothbrushes, hair oil, hair care items, and shavers, which added convenience and value to our stay. My family and I would stay again."

"施設全体のお手入れがとても行き届いていました。お部屋も広々、清掃もバッチリでした。アメニティーも豊富ですし、ロビーでのコーヒーマシーンでの飲み物サービスもありとても良かったです。忙しい旅程だったので朝食付きにしました。和食、洋食が選べて（事前に）、こちらも大満足。一つ残念に思ったのは、ランドリーサービスがあるのですが、とても混んでおり、夜遅くまで待ったのですが、洗濯機に空きがなく、早朝に行ったのですが、夜中にやりっぱなしで放置してるお客さんが洗濯機２台とも占領しており、フロントに言いましたが、自分達は関与できないとのこと。洗濯機使用時、個人でPINナンバーを決めて、洗濯機の開閉を行うため、開けられないとのこと。注意書きは書いてある ものの、実際、こういうお客さんがいるので、終わったらすぐに次の人が使用できるような工夫をホテル側にしてほしいです。"

"Location is unbeatable. Amenities are superior than most. Delicious breakfast. Greatly appreciated the washer and dryer access. Wi-Fi was not available in the room, which was a pain. And the room was extremely small. I had to use the smaller desk to open my suitcase."
