"We had a decent stay at North Inn Town hotel. For the price we paid (25$ CAD/night), it was ok but we would not recommend it, mostly because it’s quite far from everything. When we booked, we knew it was a 25 min walk away from the old town but, in reality, the walk isn’t pleasant and it can easily be a bit further than that depending on where you are in the old town. "I had a great stay at HeyHa house. The couple who runs the guest house are Chiang Mai natives. They are super fun to talk to and give great advice. They are laid back and offer nice coffee, tea, and snacks downstairs. The room itself was big and luxurious, with a huge bed. It was clean and they added fresh towels and made up the bed everyday.
