"The room was clean and tidy. Carrie and Demi at the front desk were very friendly. The breakfast was impressive with chefs that personally make freshly cooked noodles in front of you. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Hangzhou next time!"

"check un lent (il est 23 h et on nous a dit que notre visa était expiré, alors que c’est faux...anglais nul donc difficile d’expliquer que non le visa n’est pas expiré...). Bref, le seul point positif est le petit dej. Sinon les chambres sentent beaucoup la cigarette aussi. "
