Located at the top floor. The room itself quite ordinary. No balcony. Windows high in the room. Want to see out need to stand up. Anoying noice from ventilation during daytime. Room nice and clean.
The dining options of this hotel was not appealing so we did not eat at the hotel during the week. 25 € each person for breakfast NO WAY. Dinner only on pre-booking and very pricy 60 € for evening menu.

"Had a great ski holiday. Chalet was cosy, clean and comfortable. Location was great for St. Johann ski slopes and only a 15-20 minute drive to Kitzbuhel ski resort. Plenty to do and see. "

"The house is quite nice. It is very comfortable and the photographs on the site do not do it justice. The area in which it is situated is very beautiful but remote if you are there to ski at KitzSki or SkiWelt. The OBB train line runs through town but only stops once per hour. A car is highly recommended."
"My husband had to stay in hospital due to a ski accident and I booked this hotel last minute, until we were able to fly home. The owner and all the staff made sure I had an uncomplicated stay in what was a stressful time. All the staff were friendly, professional and very helpful.
