Hotel was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful, furnature need to be updated. There was no fridge in my room l was very disappointed.

Nice spot in Sandton
Easy, laid back hotel in a very convenient location. Service was very friendly and in line with 3 star hotel. Excellent value for money. Will definitely stay again.

Our stay was comfortable, hotel room was spacious and well appointed. The rooms were clean, staff were friendly, and service was prompt. The breakfast was ample and delicious and great value.

Value for money
A hotel within the heart of Rivonia and within 5kms of most convenient places like Sandton mall. The free 5km radius hotel shuttle is very much helpful and my main attraction point . I will stay here again if I return to Rivonia/Sandton The breakfast is good and all I needed for breakfast was availed

I like the friendliness of the staff. They were so attentive, supportive, caring and welcoming. Didn't like the limited amount of WiFi access. Although they explained, I still disagree as I have stayed in hotels that gave unlimited access. I could not watch a movie on my phone or Whatsapp video call family without being disconnected because I used up my daily amount.

The hotel layout was wonderful and they had great food options. The outdoor lounge and pool area was very comfortable. All staff we interacted with were friendly and very helpful.

The bar wa closing at 23:00 and he ask me to pay a bottle of whisky than give me a single glass ... is it raisonable ?

Tv reception is poor.Lines on the screen.Breakfast was fine but very limited.Maybe for a 3 star it is sufficient. The glass tumblers at breakfast had a smell.Staff are very helpful and good. Just need to smile more.Comfortable.Rooms neat. Non smoking room had a heavy smell of cigarettes.Overall good stay.Thanks

Although specifying a non-smoking room I was given a room in what I assume was the smoking section as even the passage smelt very strongly of old smoke. On complaining, I was moved to the wheelchair accessible room which was the only other room available. Although quite comfortable and non-smoking the room did not have a bath. All things considered – a disappointing stay.
