"Very clean hotel, convenient as it’s downtown but very pricey. 25. Complimentary Snacks in lobby. Valet parking only which was annoying given the price we paid for the room. Rooms are small but comfortable. Had hairdryer, iron, closet space. Overal, I was most impressed with the bed (firm) and the pillows. A bad bed and pillows will ruin the sleep. Didn’t have that problem here. Will stay again if back in Eugene. Had t been to Eugene in over 30 years and can’t believe how congested and built up it got. It was better before- but all the hippies are old and dying so it’s not what it used to be. "
"Beautiful room, especially with the “Juliette window” floor to ceiling window that opens overlooking the “Alley” of shops. Really really nice! Have to ask for it because there are two king size bedrooms that are the same with or without this window. "
"Bryan and the front desk was exceptionally helpful. I just had surgery and he was extremely helpful in getting a room for me and the housekeeping folks were quick to make a room ready. Many thanks to all who helped. In a world where awful customer service has become the norm, I am grateful that your staff assisted me much more than I expected. "
"My husband and I have been staying in this hotel for years. Now we have two little ones and we still stay in this hotel. There’s plenty of activities for the kids to do, there’s a restaurant, and a coffee shop for the mornings. Valet is awesome! Honestly, the beds are not as comfortable as they could be but everything else is pretty amazing."
