As usual. The fridge is not cold at all. Had been giving the same feedback many times but don’t think hotel management will do anything about it. Window cover with dusts. WiFi is not working on the last day 6/May/26. Amenities is good with shopping, cinema and many eateries

Sheraton Johor Bahru
We really enjoyed our stayed here at Sheraton JB. All the staffs services were excellent. We had a twin bedrooms and King bedroom adjourned together. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. We also had the buffet breakfast for both days. Just a little suggestion on the Nasi lemak rice ...
