"The AC was not working at all as well as the fridge . Those days we were at 90 degrees. I called the front desk for assistance and they never fixed it . The beds are really hard to sleep in ( mattress) and no elevator so prepare to hike with your luggage bags "

"There was always a lot of staff around. We used the restaurant a lot and it took some time for the food to be prepared but the food was good. The pool is right beside the restaurant/eating area so when people were in it, it was pretty noisy. It’s an ok place to stay. "

"Bad location, no small stores in the vicinity, I didn’t have toothpaste, n/a anywhere near and the staff didn’t care to help,breakfast was o.k. Nothing special, hotel was brutal as doors were slammed constantly all night long, nothing was done about it and I mean slammed, not just closed, not impressed at all! "

"Worst hotel experience for a supposed 5-star property. Dirty rooms, cockroaches, ants, clogged bathroom, no hot water, weak A/C, Wi-Fi not working, and dog feces on the terrace. The only response was “sorry,” with no compensation at all. Definitely do not recommend, especially for the price charged."
