"This hotel is very modern and attractive. The rooms, though most are tiny, are well appointed including heated toilet seats. The rooms are a nice haven from the bustle of the lobby. Think NYC subways at rush hour. The staff do a great job of making the most of this situation and automation, at kiosks, help. The breakfast, in a downstairs buffet restaurant, is just atrocious in my opinion. It is beyond busy with guests scrambling for position at the buffet stations knocking others out of the way in the process. The food, though simply not my preferred genre, is just bloody awful."

"This was my second stay at the JAL City hotel Haneda airport. They have a shuttle that connects the hotel with terminal 1 of HND airport so you don't have to deal with a taxi or public transport. The hotel is reasonably priced for what you get and it is close to convenience stores, restaurants, etc. The rooms are spacious for Japanese standards. The only weak point is their breakfast - there aren't really a lot of Western options. Still, I recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay there again during my next layover."

"The room was clean and thr air conditioning worked very well! If you didn't book a breakfast ahead, you can still purchase one after the fact and the seating area for breakfast is lovely. Very nice place for the price! Staff were also very kind and helped with checking in on the kiosk."

"My friend and I enjoyed out brief stay at the seed INN. My only complaint was that the light up sign for the establishment was right outside our window, which let in a lot of light at night. And there were no blackout curtains. Not good if you didn’t bring a sleeping eye mask. Other than that, from check-in to check-out, the process was streamlined and the property well maintained."
