However, it’s quite large and offers a great variety of food options. 2. Robot Self-Service I would say this experience is a bit of a mixed bag. While it’s interesting, it can sometimes take longer than expected. For example, scanning documents felt slower than if it were handled by a human staff member. 3. "Had a very nice room with super comfortable bed and pillows. View of cityscape was also lovely. I was surprised at being told there was a charge to keep our luggage (2 hours before checkin) and actually I refused to pay it. A lovely staff member made concessions and kept our luggage at no cost and then actually took our bags to our room for us. I think the room rate charge should include holding a few pieces of luggage for customers, without any additional fees. Apart from that, shuttle to airport was a bonus and much appreciated. "
