"I’ve stayed at the Carnegie Hotel several times, and each visit has been excellent. From the moment you arrive, the staff makes you feel welcome with their kindness and professionalism. The rooms are always spotless and well maintained, and the beds are truly exceptional — easily the most comfortable I’ve experienced at any hotel. I always wake up feeling rested and ready for the day, which says a lot about the quality of their accommodations. Another highlight is the hotel’s restaurant and bar. If you enjoy bourbon, this is a must-visit. They offer an impressive selection with something for every taste, and the pricing is very reasonable compared to what you’d expect elsewhere. It’s a great place to unwind after a long day or enjoy a relaxed evening without even leaving the property. While the Carnegie isn’t the cheapest hotel option, the overall experience makes it more than worth the price. The combination of friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and excellent dining options keeps me coming back time and time again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stay that balances comfort, service, and value."

"It was like coming into a friend's home. Staff excelled at hospitality especially Star who was the receptionist. She was so pleasant and helpful. Her cheerfulness and admission of her love for her job was so welcoming. Another staff member was the breakfast room person...Sally???? She again was very cheerful and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The entrance was very inviting with the staircase, fireplace, and elegant chairs and table. Staying at a Country Inn & Suites has never disappointed but this staff made this one memorable !!! "

"We had a great overnight stay. Booking was easy through Hotels.com. The receptionists at the front desk was very friendly and engaging. We truly felt welcomed. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I loved having the couch adjacent to the bedroom. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. I used the exercise room while I was there, and I would normally walk on a treadmill, but the two main pieces of equipment were an elliptical and a recumbent bike. I chose the bike for low impact. Breakfast the next morning was good, though the selection was a little limited. I was disappointed that there wasn't some fresh fruit. It appeared that the gentleman who preparing and serving the breakfast foods was also responsible for being at the front desk. Perhaps more help would be beneficial. Overall it was a good stay and we would definitely stay there again. "
