"David, our host, was quick to respond to questions prior to our visit and I’m sure would have been easy to contact if we needed. The house was in a nice area and within 10 minutes of Old Market, restaurants, The River Front and Museums.The house was well equipped, clean, comfortable and overall looked much as expected. I would say the furniture was a little more tired looking in person, but was not uncomfortable. One improvement might be to put some nice seating in the sun room area rather than the desk and chairs that are a little out of place in that space."
