"Coffee pot didn't work and there was no coffee. Manager supplied me with a pouch, but coffee pot didn't work. Needed to get extra pillows from manager; only 2 flat pillows supplied with King size bed. Pool was clean but we didn't use it. No gym."

"Way too expensive for what it is. Room not very clean, staff not super friendly/helpful. One example: We were in the pool and noticed that there were no towels in the rack provided. No one had swam today and it was 2PM so would be surprising if they were out for the day, so likely never restocked. We asked them to get some and it took 45 min. The air was cold and my 4yo daughter didn't want to get out out and dry off in the air - I didn't either! When they brought them in they brought them in lazily, chatting the whole time and walking slowly. Nothing was going on at the hotel and it isn't like they washed them in that time, so it was likely just a matter of carrying them from A to B on the premises. The overall trip was like this - great in the pictures, nice enough, but for $400 a night (plus a $20 something a day amenity fee I didn't bargain on!) I'd never go here again."

"Funky and fun decor. Good location. There was some highway noise, but it quieted down later at night. Large units and wonderful outdoor areas. The pool was very inviting, although we did not have a chance to use it. Quick and appropeiate responses from the owner to address a couple cleaning issues. Would recommend and consider staying here again."

"Very comfortable and well equipped house with comfy bedrooms and huge, spacious back yard and patio. Our dog enjoyed it too very much! Excellent location close to Joshua tree and the national park!"

"This was one of the nicest stays I have ever had. Close to town and close to park entrance. So nicely decorated. Great kitchen where we had everything we needed to cook. Thank you for having cleaning supplies, paper towels and toilet paper. I hate when other VRBOowners don’t leave these products. How do they expect us to keep their place clean? So it was nice to be able to keep your beautiful place clean. I wish we could’ve stayed longer to use the pole table and ping-pong table, but we did enjoy the hot tub! Thanks for everything!"
