**Booking & Check-in Requirements:**

* The City of Joshua Tree requires a signed rental agreement, a copy of your government-issued ID, and vehicle license plate numbers prior to arrival. These items are submitted via a secure portal after your booking is confirmed.

* A security deposit for incidental charges may be required at check-in.

* Special requests are subject to availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed. Additional charges may apply.



**Cancellation Policy:**

We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance. Our cancellation policy is firm.

* **Full Refund:** For cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.

* **50% Refund:** For cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in.

* **No Refund:** For cancellations made within 30 days of check-in. No cancellations are permitted for holiday and special event weekends.
