"They went out of their way to help when stranded by weather/airline. The room was recently updated and the location was ideal for Love Field. There is still construction going on in Lobby but did not affect us at all. The front desk staff answered the phone when we called and went out of her way to make our check in process work when the online reservation was screwed up.
