"The location is perfect , located on top of a metro station you can literally take the escalator to the metro right outside the front door. There’s a family mart a short distance from the hotel, this was an excellent discovery while on the trip, would definitely stay here again"

"This property was upscale and beautiful . Staff were friendly and always courteous when helping me in get answers to local food, how to get transportation, or walking directions. "

"Staff was amazingly gracious and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and very good. Service was excellent throughout. The room was adequate - a bit small for two people with large suitcases for a 5 night stay. The bed was comfortable and laundry service was easily available. The location was excellent for our itinerary and close to public transit options."

"I don’t know why people rave about this hotel , except that is well located , next to Roppongi metro station . The room was not cleaned property , the red decorative blanket on the bed was dirty ( looked like vomit, yuk ) . Hotels should get rid of these, we all know they don’t washed between guests ! And don’t they’ll me the cleaning staff did not see that. They just placed it on the bed, dirty part down , thinking the next guest won’t see it ? Disgusting ! Also , one of the large towels had long , black hair in it . Yuk again. I went down to the reception and one of the gentleman there came to me to the room at my request , to remove the two items . He offered to give me another room, but by that time I had already unpacked and I was not going to redo the whole process all over again . I told him that I expect him to inform his manager about my findings and that I expect an apology from him, but nobody contacted me. This is how much they care about their clients 🤔.The chair in the room was dirty too and the bathroom had a foul smell . The room was extremely tiny, and it had no stand for your carry on to unpack. They need one of these, it can placed under the table. The check in & out were fast and efficient. The only plus was that they had more types of tea by reception ( none of the other hotels had anything but green tea), but no face cream or makeup remover like every other hotel had . I won’t stay here again, a clean hotel is a must for me and this was not clean ."
