"Looks like thier remodeling, and some things done shotty, I had a noise i could hear, finally got front desk guy in my room, than went out in hall, we figured must be elevators he offered me a new room., was late, and elevators weren't used much Ice machines were in boxes in halls waiting to get installed The night stand lights didnt work. Tub/ shower lever hard to work. On the bright side , price was around $60 The b3d was great"

"This property was fabulous! Came to visit family and stayed 3 nights. Kyle at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Personally delivered vouchers for us. The hotel is super clean. The room was cleaned timely. The pool and hot tub was a great amenity! Beautiful setting. The grounds are very pretty. Will stay here again. Best hotel in the Schaumburg area Thankyou!"

"Horrible. Will never stay at ANY of their properties. Mold in shower, no shower gel/soap, toilet seat looked like it was shot up with a shotgun, tv didn’t work, elevators took forever to go up 5 floors, beds are concrete, pillows might have had 6 feathers in it. They should close this property."

"We had a wonderful stay! We were moving our daughter to the area from TN and the proximity to IKEA, Costco and Homegoods was amazing for our needs. The hotel itself was exceptional. We were greeted warmly upon arrival. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was even a small table we could eat our Giordano’s at when we finally arrived at the end of a long moving day. 😊 We loved the breakfast provided as well….an extensive variety of options and the muffins were fresh and bakery quality. Many options in the area but definitely choose this one. We will again!"
